Since 2017, Head Coach & Owner Patrick Thomas has made it his mission to show that anyone can become an athlete and push beyond the limits of what they think is possible. Five years and 50+ competitive athletes later, the Ironside community has grown into a nationally recognized force known for their strength, community, and spirit.
