MEMBER SUPPORT

Members can log in to their GymMaster Member Portal to review their profile information, memberships, payment methods, and billing. We encourage all members to download the GymMaster Member App to scan in when arriving at the gym, purchase retail items at the front desk, and to access their membership and billing info.

CANCELLATIONS & HOLDS POLICY:

Please note we have a 30-day notice policy for cancellations. To cancel your membership, please go into the GymMaster Member App, click the left-hand menu and go to Memberships. From here, you can click “Cancel” and submit your cancellation no less than 30 days out. You may also put your membership on hold by clicking “Hold” and submitting your account hold no less than 10 days out.

CHANGE POLICY:

To make changes to your membership (upgrades, downgrades), please fill out the form below. Please provide a 7-day advance notice for membership changes to be processed for the next month.
