24/7 ACCESS & SECURITY
Open Gym members will receive the 24/7 access code for the side entrance door facing SE 10th Avenue. The door code is changed regularly and provided only to active members who are up-to-date on their payments.
Members are expected to keep the facility doors closed at all times and not operate the bay door - please ask a staff member to open it.

BILLING
Open Gym memberships are auto-charged on the 1st or 15th day of each month and require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file. Open Gym memberships are month-to-month and include a one-time signup fee of $40 at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued.
To access your membership and billing details , pay a bill, or update your payment method on file, please download the Zen Planner Member App through your mobile app store or visit the Zen Planner Member Portal online. Under your Profile, you can view the payment methods on file as well as all billing history. Please email gains@ironsidetraining.com to set a new card as your Primary Payment Method for future charges.

GYM RULES & ETIQUETTE
Members are expected to wipe down equipment after use and return all bars, plates, or other equipment to their designated storage areas. Please ask a staff member if you are unsure where to place an item. If you are the last person to leave the facility, please turn off the lights, music, and fans. Do not adjust the gym thermostats - please ask a staff member for assistance.
During peak hours, please be aware that coaches are given priority to equipment for their clients. If you are not a competing powerlifter, please refrain from using the deadlift and squat bars as well as the calibrated kilo plates and competition collars.

BENEFITS & SERVICES
All members will receive the monthly Ironside member newsletter covering gym announcements, upcoming events, and other community topics. All members can purchase drinks and snacks available at the front desk through the Zen Planner kiosk. Branded apparel is available through ironsideapparelco.com.
We also offer a variety of services through our strength coaches that are available to members interested in upgrading their membership. Please speak with a staff member or email ironsidetrainingpdx@gmail.com to receive more information about our services.

CANCELATIONS & HOLDS
Members are required to notify Ironside 30 days in advance of their next bill if they wish to cancel their membership by submitting an email to gains@ironsidetraining.com. No refunds will be issued once an auto-payment is processed.
Memberships can be placed on hold from 1 to 3 full months only and will resume auto-billing unless Ironside is notified 30 days in advance for cancelation. Please email gains@ironsidetraining.com to request an account hold.
