You have little experience with barbell training, and want to explore that modality
You’ve been strength training/Powerlifting for a minute & are seeking to take it a step further!
You’re looking for more guidance and support, in your technique and programming
You’re curious about competing, and want to dip your toes into it!
Coach Ashley focuses on tailoring unique learning styles, uplifting your capabilities, and keeping the weights heavy + the environment light! She’s here to help guide you, wherever you may be starting from.
