PAIN & PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
Through an initial 1-hour private consultation, Dr. Josh can begin to assess your functional movements and identify any areas of concern.

CUSTOMIZED RECOVERY PROGRAM
Based on the findings in your assessment, Dr. Josh can develop a customized program to optimize your movement, decrease pain and help you reach your individual goals.

ONGOING SUPPORT
After assessing your individual needs and developing a plan, Dr. Josh offers ongoing 1-on-1 sessions to provide direct guidance through your recovery. During each session, you’ll receive additional assessment of your movement patterns and ongoing customization of your training program.
