Ash is a NASM certified personal trainer with a focus in powerlifting. She started strength training a year after giving birth to her first daughter.

What started as a weight loss journey became a new lifestyle and a passion to challenge her body and mind. Now 3 years into her lifting, she is a national-level powerlifter with multiple meets under her belt. She believes powerlifting shows us that we are capable of doing hard things, in and out of the gym. Like in life, she is never content and has pushed her deadlift from 90 lbs to 360 lbs.

Having experienced how transformative strength training has been, she is on a mission to show that the barbell is for all. Everyone deserves to experience the confidence that powerlifting can give a person, and she can’t wait to help you on your strength journey!
