Ironside Beaverton is a premium facility geared toward small-group and personal training formats. This gym is designed with highly optimized spaces and the best equipment for powerlifting, strength training, and Olympic-style weightlifting.

Ironside Method: Our Primary Training Format

The Ironside Method is our tried and true approach to training and programming. It centers around 3 pillars: Barbell Training, a Team / Small Group Environment, and an Athlete Mindset. You tell us your goals and desired lifting style - whether that be Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, or General Strength Training. We will pair you with a trainer who will challenge you and help you achieve your goals.
